Whistler Premier/Blackcomb Lodge Cancellation & Deposit Policies
To avoid any misunderstanding, please take a moment to note our policies
Summer Season:
May 01, 2005 – November 25, 2005
- A deposit equivalent to one night room and tax is processed 5 days after booking date
- Full payment is charged 14 days prior to arrival
- All cancellations prior to 4pm, the day before arrival will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee
- All cancellations after 4pm, the day before arrival are non refundable and non transferable
- No shows are regarded as a cancellation inside of 24 hours prior to arrival and are non refundable
Winter Season:
November 26 – December 23, 2004 & January 4 – April 30, 2005
- at time of reservation, a non refundable booking deposit equivalent to one nights room and tax is processed
- full payment is charged 30 days prior to arrival or on the booking date if less than 30 days prior to arrival
- cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit full payment
- once full payment has been taken, no refunds are given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during stay
- no shows are processed as a cancellation and hotel will retain the full payment
Christmas Season:
December 24, 2004 – January 3, 2005
- at time of reservation, a non refundable booking deposit equivalent to one nights room and tax is processed
- full payment is charged on October 01, 2004
- cancellations prior to October 01, 2004 will forfeit the booking deposit
- once full payment has been taken, no refunds are given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during stay
- no shows are processed as a cancellation and hotel will retain the full payment
Vacation Rental Property Policies
To avoid any misunderstandings, please review the following valuable information.
- At check in, a $500.00 credit card preauthorization is required as a security deposit. The imprint will be destroyed within 2 weeks of your departure provided there are no damages, items missing, or extra cleaning required. If a suite is left in unreasonable condition, the card holder will be charged for extra cleaning.
- In an effort to provide a pleasant time for all visitors, a nightly noise bylaw is now in effect beginning at 10 p.m. If this by-law is violated, security will attend and a minimum $100 fee will apply. Whistler Premier Resort Accommodations reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any guest.
- Your reservation is for a specified number of guests. Should the number of people in your party change, please advise us. Again note that Whistler Premier Resort Accommodations reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any client.
- Check out is at 10 a.m. Keys and parking cards should be returned to the front desk by 10am in order to avoid extra charges to your credit card. A charge of $25.00 - $250.00 will be applied to your credit card if all keys are not returned at check out, as we will have to re-key units for security purposes.
- All units are non-smoking and unfortunately do not accept pets. A minimum fee of $250 will apply should this policy be violated.
- Each unit will have EITHER one stall per Condo, OR pay parking at the complex that you are staying at. If you are at a complex with pay parking, you must purchase a valid parking pass for the number of days of your stay and place it clearly in the windshield of your car. Unfortunately, Whistler no longer has free overnight parking anywhere in the village. Whistler Premier Accommodations accepts no liability for any fines or towing charges incurred by the guest.
- Whistler Premier Resort Accommodations acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. We reserve the right to transfer clients to equivalent accommodation at our discretion.
- Whistler Premier Resort Accommodation insists that you enjoy each day of your holiday and let us know if there is anything we can do for you!
This policy form must be signed and returned prior to your arrival to acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the above policies.
