Construction Notice: Exterior & Courtyard Amenities Project Summer/Fall 2026: Please note there will be intermittent construction noise and odors from the associated solvents that will impact the entire building during these projects. Extensive concrete saw cutting for formwork / Grinding of concrete / General hand and power tool use. All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours, to commence between 8-9 am every day, Monday to Friday and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with workdays concluding near 8 pm at the latest. There will be no work on weekends or statutory holidays. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Spacious and bright place with private balcony. The kitchen area has all appliances one can find at home and is well stocked. The property has a good way to store expensive bikes. The location is great as well for people who want to avoid the noise of the main village.

Pool being closed with no heads up was to bad but the room was kind of dirty and just grimy but it got the job done well

It’s close to Blackcomb Lift and Village Center there’s a lot of things that you can do without taking your car. The unit we have is outdated, but decent. The room is spacious with kitchen. There’s pots and pans, plates and glassware that you can use during your stay. There’s construction during our stay and it blocks the view from our balcony. I’m not sure but it’s a little warm in the room not sure if there’s AC or maybe it’s centralized and cannot be controlled in each unit.

Always a great place to stay. Unit 323 has a loft and it quite cool. The only thing I would say, is fix the gutters/run off when raining as the water hitting the lower roof is very loud all night.
