Es tut uns leid, dass Sie den Zugangscode vor Ihrer Ankunft nicht per E-Mail erhalten haben und dadurch unnötiger Stress entstanden ist. Auch Ihren Hinweis zum langen Code und zur wiederholten Eingabe an den Türen nehmen wir gerne auf. Wir bedauern zudem, dass der Balkon für Sie zu klein war, um ihn wirklich nutzen zu können. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben – wir hoffen, Sie dennoch wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Het spijt ons te horen dat uw verblijf niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed, met name door de warme kamer, werkzaamheden, parkeerkosten en het ontbreken van basisbenodigdheden. Fijn dat u de locatie en de goede OV-verbinding naar het centrum wel positief heeft ervaren.
