We appreciate you bringing this to our attention at check-out, and our maintenance team has been notified to address these concerns promptly, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. Regarding the check-out time, we understand that a 10:00 am departure may feel early, especially in comparison to previous years. This timing allows our housekeeping team sufficient time to thoroughly prepare each unit to the highest standard for incoming guests, particularly with a 4:00 pm check-in.
