Q. WHY CHOOSE WHISTLER PREMIER?
A. Whistler Premier has been in business since 1997 and has a proven track record in high gross sales for our homeowners and has grown to be a very solid company financially, now operating in 8 nightly rental markets in North America. We have a database of over 250,000 people and have developed a loyal cross-market following.

Q. WHO WILL OVERSEE OUR HOME?
A. Each homeowner will have a dedicated Owner Services manager and oversees maintenance, housekeeping and our vetted third party contractors. They will also be responsible for ensuring your communication needs are met.

Q. CAN I SEE MY BOOKINGS ONLINE?
A. Yes you can. Our owners portal is in real-time; all bookings show at the time they are confirmed. You can also see your owner statements and newsletters in your portal.

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY OWNER REVENUE?
A. With direct deposit into your bank account, you will see the revenue in your financial institution by the 15th of each month.

Q. WHAT IS MY CLEANING CHARGE WHEN I COME AND STAY?
A. Our owner services team sends out an RFP regularly to ensure our owners receive the best value for owner cleans balancing both cost and quality. To determine your specific cost, we will provide that for you when we know the location and size of your property.
Q. CAN I USE MY OWN CLEANERS?
A. Yes, but tasks and levels of service need to be defined to ensure both owners and guests receive the best quality cleaning.

Q. WHAT ARE THE LEVEL OF SERVICES YOU OFFER AND WHAT ARE THE FEES?
A. We have a variety of management options available from property care to partial or full management and would be happy to discuss your options with you directly.

Q. WHERE IS MY HOME MARKETED?
A. Your home is distributed on many marketing channels including on-line travel agents to Airbnb and HomeAway, as well as our sales team markets our own websites and with traditional travel agents across the globe.

Q. DO YOU HAVE STAFF AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS?
A. Yes. We have a 24 hour front desk which help both guests and owners after hours. We also have maintenance and small housekeeping services available after hours on a on call basis.
