The Marquise 303

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed your first stay in Whistler and found the unit clean and comfortable. We’re sorry that the jacuzzi was out of service for part of your visit, and we understand how disappointing that can be. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize that the fireplace being left on made the unit uncomfortably hot when you arrived, and we’ll remind our team to ensure it is turned off before each guest’s arrival; we also appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in and checkout times, although these can be subject to availability. We’re glad you enjoyed the amenities and hope to welcome you back for a more comfortable stay next time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the discomfort caused by the lack of air conditioning, as well as the condition of the linens and sofa bed, and we are sharing your comments directly with our local team to address these updates. We look forward to the opportunity to regain your trust and provide a much better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your arrival experience and stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our property operates with a remote check-in system, and there is no front desk on-site. All check-in instructions, including the access details and entry information, were sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. We understand that locating and using access information for the first time can feel challenging, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our communication. Regarding the additional blanket, we apologize that this request was not fulfilled as expected. We understand the importance of having the correct bedding setup for all guests and will review this matter with our team to prevent similar situations in the future. For parking, the instructions and guidelines were provided in advance. Please note that parking areas are managed separately, and we do not oversee parking enforcement or ticketing. Guests are required to park only in designated areas and follow all posted parking regulations. Parking in areas that we do not manage or outside of the approved parking locations may result in a ticket being issued by the parking authority. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We value guest feedback and will continue working to make the check-in process and overall stay experience as smooth as possible for our guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion with the check-in emails and the last-minute apartment change. We understand how this could have impacted your stay, especially with the difference in comfort between the apartments and the sofa bed. We also regret that the bedding provided was insufficient and left you feeling cold the first night. Your comments are valuable, and we will review our processes to ensure clearer communication and better preparation for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the location convenient. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. Your comments are helpful, and we’ll work to improve these areas for future guests.
