Construction Notice: Exterior & Courtyard Amenities Project Summer/Fall 2026: Please note there will be intermittent construction noise and odors from the associated solvents that will impact the entire building during these projects. Extensive concrete saw cutting for formwork / Grinding of concrete / General hand and power tool use. All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours, to commence between 8-9 am every day, Monday to Friday and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with workdays concluding near 8 pm at the latest. There will be no work on weekends or statutory holidays. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Location was great for access to Blackcomb gondola. Unfortunately, we did not stay both nights that we booked due to the summer heat and no A/C in the studio. There were two portable fans and 2 small windows to open, but the heat would not let up. I would recommend the owner replace the mattress and offer pillows with different firmness/thickness as well. Perhaps I missed it upon booking, but it was not clear to me until check-in that these rooms are individually owned and thus have limitations on requests.

Booking online was easy, emails explained how to check in and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to village while still being nice and quiet. Price was reasonable but important to note that if you need parking that is extra though it is in an underground gated lot. There is storage for gear/bikes/skis. Definitely would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the action but still want some peace and quiet.

When we booked we didn’t realize renovations were ongoing. Pool and hot tub closed. Our room was Like a motel 6. Staff at front desk not available at times. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite . Comfortable but outdated. Overall I would not recommended.

The location is good; situated in the Upper Village, an easy walk to the Blackcomb Lifts and a 5-minute walk to the Whistler lifts. The property has the basics in terms of amenities. The room I stayed in was similar to what you would find in a decent motel or low/mid-level hotel (mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, small table and chairs). It seemed to be a high step to get into the tub/shower, which might be an issue for some. This property would be good for people interested in basic, clean accommodation in a good location.
