We sincerely apologize for the many issues you experienced during your stay, particularly the cleanliness concerns, lack of air conditioning and window screens, excessive heat, flies, construction noise, and limited access to the pool and hot tub. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when these issues affected your ability to comfortably enjoy the unit and your planned activities. We take your comments regarding the blood on the sheets and the condition of the fan very seriously and will share them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review. We’re glad you enjoyed the tub, but we regret that the overall experience fell far short of your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
