Construction Notice: Exterior & Courtyard Amenities Project Summer/Fall 2026: Please note there will be intermittent construction noise and odors from the associated solvents that will impact the entire building during these projects. Extensive concrete saw cutting for formwork / Grinding of concrete / General hand and power tool use. All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours, to commence between 8-9 am every day, Monday to Friday and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with workdays concluding near 8 pm at the latest. There will be no work on weekends or statutory holidays. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to acknowledge the inconvenience.

This is a commercial lodge that is reaping the benefits of its location and no focus on guest experience. Apart from the location nothing seemed to work for us during our stay. The check in staff on weekend needs more training and wasn't helpful at all. Even mentioned during our conversation that I am here only for one day. The property didn't inform us that they were renovating, and we found out about it during our stay. We had a note in the room giving us information about it. One elevator, swimming pool and back side of the lodge was under construction. So, all guests staying were using only one elevator in the property. The property doesn't have any guest facilities, no water dispenser, no ice machine, no microwave in the room/public area, no fridge in the room. When I asked the reception about the microwave, I was informed that I have booked a wrong room and should have booked a suite as there is no microwave. Although you will find cutlery, crockery and glassware in the room. For the price we paid we didn't get the value for our money and strongly recommend that this property only for business class. This isn't a property to stay for families.
