Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the location and cleanliness of the property. We’re sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the garbage disposal process and your interaction with a member of our housekeeping team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared with the local team for review and follow up. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve both our procedures and guest experience.
