We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay were frustrating, particularly the check-in process and the lack of air conditioning. We understand how this may have affected your comfort. Please note that we are a vacation rental property rather than a traditional hotel, so we provide a starter kit of essential supplies to help guests settle in for their stay. Additional items are not automatically replenished as they would be at a hotel. That said, we apologize if this was not clear and if you had difficulty getting assistance when requesting additional supplies. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make the arrival process and guest experience clearer and more convenient.
